We are currently at the point where our venue wedding for July is changing to a small backyard wedding. We are thinking we will just change it - no big celebration next year either. Just the small gathering this year and we will live stream or record...

Thoughts on immediate family and wedding party only ceremony. Then a reception/vow renewal the following year when everyone can enjoy the party. Would you video the ceremony so extended family can still watch? Has anyone done this? Did you regret it?...
