Splurge... LOL I thought I was saving a ton of money by making centerpieces on my own. WRONG. I was comparing my budget to a friend who had $100 per table put aside for centerpieces.. :/

Save. We're having a December wedding and the hall will be decorated for Christmas which leaves us with centrepieces which I'm making tissue paper flower bouquets in rose gold spray painted spaghetti jars instead of buying mason jars.

We're in the middle of the road for decor. We are renting but putting it all up ourselves.

Picked a beautiful venue that doesnt need a ton of decor! But the things we are making are DIYed, or from antique shops. We're saving even more by buying supplies on sale (50% at Michaels coupons!!)

I think this one might surprise me! I'm thinking I am going to be saving in the long run because I am going to be making my decor so I'm hoping it is going to save me money! BUT I thought by doing this for !y sons bday it would be cheaper too but in the end it turned out to be cheaper yes, but way too time consuming so I'm keeping my options opened! But I'm all about saving in this area!

Save. I didn't see the point in going all out on decorations for one night. We had a lot of trips to Michaels and the dollar store but were able to save a lot and still look great! We were lucky too that our reception space was already nicely decorated so we didn't feel the need to add too much extra.

I will splurge for my decorations since I want my big day to be memorable but keep it simple and not make it to over the top.

Midway. I've found great centrepieces that should cost us less than $500 to make, and we're going to do cute plate decorations and maybe simple chargers and linens for added color.

So excited! Save $ but splurged details. A lady from my church has a ton of rustic stuff she used for her daughter's wedding and said I could borrow and bring back for absolutely nothing!!!

Save! We picked a venue that we found to be beautiful already, and doesn't need too much decor. A lot of the other stuff comes with the venue, so we're going to make up some centerpieces, and make a few DIY's and we should be good!

Save! Most decor is included in my venue package. All table linens, overlays, napkins, lighting, center pieces, head table backdrop, money box, etc... because of this we are able to do some extras and upgrades.

Decor will be simple and many elements will be handcrafted. There is a great deal (all our linens) being provided by the venue!

Saving for sure. My mother has a business so she's going to make something to advertise. There won't be too much in the way of decoration cause we're trying to keep it simple.

Save. Because our venue is very much our style, and the way it's already set up, we don't need a lot for decorations. And what we are using are used or made ourselves

The backdrop was a splurge, but my parents paid for that. We will add candles around the centrepieces and chargers but not much else to the hall. For the church, I made some signs and ribbon wands to be handed out. I'm also making the programs and menus myself.
