Is it my job to call ahead to close hotels and reserve rooms for out of town guests. Or do you leave that up to them

Question. For wedding favors. What did people find was a cheaper route. And did everyone get the same wedding favor. Or did you do personalized ones for the wedding party and simple ones for guests. I'm trying to save on money. So any diy ideas or...
