I got a cricut to make my own laser cut designs. And we will be doing RSVPs online, so that will save us some cash. But they will definitely be fancy and gold, so there's that.

I created the design and sent them to a local print shop. We spent about $100 on 120 invites (invite, envelope and stamps together).

Honestly, we're trying to go for a wedding on a budget. We're only doing invitations and getting them printed really cheap.

Save. E-vites for the win! We're using paperlesspost.com and it's a fraction of the cost, plus the added bonus of being able to track if people have received/opened/responded.

Save - we had a friend design the invitations and we printed them through Vistaprint. For 150 invitations, RSVP cards, Details cards and envelopes, and express shipping, we spent $190!

SAVE. We are getting our invitations through Vistaprint. For magnet invites with our photo, pre-addressed envelopes, and an insert each for venue info and accommodation info, we are looking at $200 for 100 invites. We won't have to do any work and we'll receive them in 3 days. Plus we're on a bit of a timeline crunch!
