Simple and elegant!

I do not get to wear it often because of my job. At least it stays shiny and when I do get to wear it, it give me chills everytime!

I proposed to my man with this ring. we are still looking for one for me.

I was determined to design something slightly different and decided to go with a kite style halo ring. My FH wanted me to have no idea when he was going to propose so he proposed with his grandmothers ring(I still wear that one often) and then we designed this one together. It took me almost a year to drawn it up and make a decision so I hope everyone likes it.

I am a little behind on this post but I love seeing all the unique rings out there and how it reflects each couple's individual personality! So many great stories behind them all!

This is the ring that my husband proposed with. He only decided a couple days before that he was going to propose. My mom had a friend who's a jeweler so he went to see him and just said that he needed something purple. (He at least knew that part haha! If not, I might have had to reconsider if he really knew me... )

After he proposed, he said that we could design something together which meant so much to me. We are a team so I loved that we got to do it together! It took about 2 years after his proposal but we finally found something we liked! We ended up going back to the same jeweler and he created my beautiful rings from scratch! The purple represents me and the green represents my husband (our fave colours). I didn't want a plain band and I love the setting and engraving they were able to do on the side. (I've been told it looks like a flower or a crown!)

And now that we're married, I finally get to wear my wedding band too! I love how the set looks together and how it's very non-traditional and totally me!

Finally got my size in!!

I am so in love with this ring! Its hard to get a good photo in any lighting but it is gorgeous in person My FH is my best friend and the love of my life. He knows me better than I know myself and he picked my dream ring from my dream collection!

I still can't stop staring at it. Emerald-cut Canadian diamond in a double-halo diamond pave setting. I honestly can't even describe how perfect it is. A perfect ring from an even more perfect man. I hardly feel worthy. I am incredibly lucky and I know it. I would have been happy with an onion ring. I probably would have eaten the onion ring though... :p

Thank you very much, yes I am one lucky lady!! things have not changed too much in our family we already had been living together and purchased a house together a few months before.. my son is just more excited that my FH will offically be his step dad! and he is looking forward to a sibling in the future once we are married !

Hey, yes these are my engagement photos ... we did our photos on Port Stanley beach and of course my FH had to have some pictures of the Harley in there lol ... he loves his harley and I do too, we have enjoyed many long rides together on this bike so it meant alot to have pictures with it! I am now currently going to be learning to ride so that way we can take rides together !

My Proposal was not expected and to be honest I think its because he couldnt wait any longer or was worried my son would spill the beans... he took advantage of a sunday that my son was at his dads (only a week after he asked my sons permission to marry me) we drove out to the beach (Port Stanley where he initally said he was taking me for brunch , but he made me get out to look at the water and as I got out he rolled down the windows of the truck and our song started to play in the background and he got down on one knee and asked me to spend the rest of my life with him ... and as soon as he said he had asked my 8 yrd old son for his permission I knew definatly was the one and had earn not only my heart but my sons ! it was a fantastic, yet brisk December Morning !! that I will never forget!

Here's my ring. I am a lucky girl. My finace had this ring custom made. The centre stone is a flawless diamond that he was lucky to purchase. The ring was designed around it with the halo set so that there are small spaces between the diamonds so that your eye is drawn to the middle. He proposed on Dec 23/15 at the same restaurant that we had our first date.
