My mom isn’t sure what type/metal colour of jewelry she should wear with her dress! She is also unsure of how she is wearing her hair. Any suggestions?

I was considering wearing earrings and a necklace - I usually only wear dainty jewelry. Not sure if I should stick with wearing a necklace or just do earrings.. help! Here is a picture of my dress! What would you recommend?
