    My favourite gift from him is the calendar book he made, where he filled in words of encouragement or thoughtful, loving messages for everyday so that I would be reminded of how I always would have something to cheer me up whether he was with me or not.

    I couldn't find a shadow box I liked to put all our photo's in so he made me one and etched a tree in the background that looked like our initials had been carved into the tree in a heart.

    He gave me a necklace. Just a little cheap thing. It broke after 6 months of me constantly wearing it. Well. He went to a custom jeweler and had one made out of better material. Completely secret !

    His compassion and understanding. He is always by my side, picking me up when I am down and making me smile. He puts up with my shenanigans (joins me sometimes too) and I honestly don't know what I would do without him.
