Domestic. I want people to be able to come, and very few people would've travelled for a destination wedding.

We are choosing to stay local because the majority of our relatives and friends are here and we both have large families so we wanted to make sure most of them would be able to make it!

If it were up to me destination all the way, but our family couldn't travel so very close to home

In the same city we live. I wanted to go to the mountains but it just didn't make sense for a lot of my family that will be coming from Saskatchewan. I am happy that we are doing it close to home, it has made planning super easy so far!

Destination. From the time we met we both wanted to travel the world together. So when we decided to get married we knew immediately what we wanted. My parents hated the idea as they have never been on a plane and do not travel. As it was our day we chose destination. Our entire theme is about travel no regrets

I really wanted to have a destination wedding in Mexico as its our favourite place to be. Whoever we are having one closer to home as some of the "must have" people that we need at out wedding would not be able to travel

I am definitely staying close to home! For many reasons one being to save money two being to keep my money being spent locally and three to make it a lot easier to accommodate my guests a lot of my family his older or don't have vehicles so I'm keeping it close in hopes of making it so EVERYONE can attend

If I can get a decent quote to Cuba then we are off! But alas all the quotes are coming in much higher than expected per person so it might be a closer destination like the Sunshine coast.
