    Plated. Buffet always ends up pure chaos. I've gotten food on the back of a dress during a buffet service because the person behind me was reaching too far forward.

    For a smaller group, buffet may work, but the larger it is, the more trouble it seems like it gets to be.

    We are doing a self serve buffet, but a chef is doing the carving for turkey.

    We are doing a served buffet, like a traditional buffet but with servers at each station, which we prefer for a smoother process. Also, we are having a pie bar for dessert, which our guests will be able to help themselves to throughout the night. At around 11:30pm, we also have pizza and fries coming out for the guests in buffet style
