My fiancé went jewelry shopping with his sister & brother-in-law, he knew he wanted to get something small, dainty and pink! (It’s my favourite colour). He went to one and the lady there showed him this guy, he’s also extremely indecisive so he decided to check a couple other places first, but this one was his favourite of all the rings he saw. Also him proposing was a complete surprise, we’ve been together for 10 years and he always said maybe in a couple years or maybe we’ll elope 😂 this had been his plan to throw me off for YEARS! So it was an absolute surprise☺️

It's in a super sketchy setting and there's no coverage on it and because it has a small spot of white diamond on the top (he says like me - the star in his darkness when we met) he wants to get the diamond set in a pendant instead and he picked a new engagement ring.

He went around everywhere to find the right diamond. and learnt A LOT about diamonds. Fell in love with this Diamond but didn't like the band, so he found out he could have it switched. He learnt that this is the type of band i wanted, so when he proposed we went back to see the other band that he picked but it was much to busy for my small fingers that he agreed that i should stay with this band. I love it because its simple, elegant and it goes well with my wedding band of small diamonds. (the same diamonds as my engagement ring)

I love it. Perfect size to wear to my job so it doesn’t get caught on anything. It also has some parallels to it when I want to feel a little girly. I wear a uniform for 90% of my life so my ring and nails are what keeps me feeling womanly in a workplace that’s a all mans world

My wedding ring

It's Vera Wang Love Collection, it has a blue sapphire under the bridge of the ring. I had chosen this designer a long time ago, but when my fiancé asked what I like I had no idea he would pick something exactly what I wanted. I am so in love with this ring, he did a really good job!

I wanted something different but a very subtle difference so we decided on a morganite center stone in a rose gold setting

Engagement Ring

His mom worked in a jewelry store so whenever I went to visit I would point out things that I liked... She showed him the rings I liked when he was ready to buy... So happy with it, it was my favorite.

We ended up picking the ring together is a ver different idea it's a lovers knot ring which is what sailors have to their wife's went they went away and with an aquamarine gem to represent the sea and his birthstone

He picked a very simplr ring that os perfect for me

It's so beautiful! He picked it out with my BFF, I had absolutely no idea that the engagement was coming! He always said we love the married life but deep down he knew I wanted his last name!

Strangly my ring will be a combination of both my previous wedding set and his previous wedding ring...I know that sounds funny but thoseriously two marriages are what proved to us that we were mentioned to be together...and it's recycling at its best!

He picked something small and simple. Just the way I always wanted! I was so worried because he would always show me these big beautiful ones but I thought they were just too flashy and big for my taste. The one he picked was PERFECT.

Funny, when I went to Pinterest to play around with wedding ideas I went to my board with random tidbits I like in the past. Over a year before I pinned a ring that was the same, minus the hearts
