I agree with being able to dispute a post without having to open it! That would be more convenient. Obviously, most convenient would be no spam at all!

I came across a couple that were closed. I had opened it to dispute it but couldn't because it said "discussion closed".

Glad to see they are all cleaned up today though!

View quoted message Yep they are in with all messages. It might be because I'm a featured users that I get the messages to my inbox. That's why it's driving me nuts. I have found that I'm able to close those discussions and not just dispute them.

View quoted message Thanks hopefully something can be done soon, today I think there was around 60 spam messages in my inbox. What would be great is if we could report/dispute them without having to even open them. That option would help a lot and get us through them quicker

I know this is frustrating, we are going to tackle this and work hard to get spam blocked faster. In the meantime keep disputing the spam and try to ignore it while we get it cleared from our forums!

I dispute them every time I see them. I enjoy reading the posts from other Brides or family members.. getting tips and ideas. But hate having to go through all the spam.. hopefully they resolve it soon

It sure is! its really bugging me!

There are a ton more right now... this is a growing annoyance.

34 spam messages this morning, I spent the last 45 minutes disputing and closing the discussions on a bunch of them. As a "Featured Bride" I just realized that the Featured Brides can close the discussions. Also I reported the "fake" profiles. hopefully if we all start doing these things, we can get the spam to stop.

I also sent a request through the help forum to stop the spamming! So annoying!

There've been a lot the past few days! Half my time on here tonight was disputing all of them!

The public messages that I get, I've never had them this bad before. Granted I haven't been off for a while, and came back to 400 plus messages, but just last night I had over 20 of them, one after another, after another. Out of the 400 messages that I went through last night, I woulds say at least 150 plus were spam. Thank you I see now what I'm suppose to click on now.

View quoted message Are you talking about public posts or personal messages? For public posts there is a spot that says "dispute in the bottom corner and you click that and it was ask for a reason, just click the reason and submit it.

Thanks Holly, how do I dispute them? I'm probaby doing something wrong, or looking in the wrong place.

All you can do is "dispute" them. Then theu will review and remove whatever is being posted.
