Small wedding calgary alberta vendors

Hi everyone,I have a very small wedding of 18 people and $5000 budget but it was still pretty pricey
Location - "Grey eagle hotel" August 13 2017 $1500 -ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, plated dinner.Presidential suite $300 for the night.
DJ - "Revolution entertainment" 2pm-10pm $700
Videographer - "Kelsey Faye Kundert" 1-9pm $1020
Photographer - "little footprints photography" 3-6pm $300
Rentals - "Great events rentals" $350
Hair and makeup - "Deborah Ann hair and makeup" $150 (air brushing and on location)
Coordinator - Chenee Lane wedding planner $100 (passionate start up)
All decor will be DIY including my cake.Additionally I will get mink eyelashes and microbladed brows and facial all from groupons I purchased at a good price!
I hope that this helps anyone on a small budget.
