I'm not a big fan of the tulle - it hides all the beautiful lace underneath! Take away that layer and I'd say it's a 9. I actually really like the bow, it accentuates her waist and I like the contrasting silk fabric over the lace.

I like it, I give it a 7. I think what threw me off is the bow as it stands out. I like I would de-emphasize the bow by making it a little bit smaller.
