I don't know the area sorry, but you'll likely be hard done by finiding a good experienced photographer for under $1,000. You could check out nearby arts colleges and see if a student would like to shoot your wedding for their portfolio. You're taking a risk with an inexperienced photographer, but we do what we have to with our budgets
