While making a breakdown of your budget, they say that 12% of your total budget should go to your photograher and videographer to capture the most beautiful moment of your big day.

    Thanks Emilie, we took our pictures at a park and luckily we were able to get our photos prior to the rain coming down. We are happy with our photo s and the photographer.

    I'm sure you can get a great deal for your videographer since you want to do the editing yourself. You could ask vendors in our directory for quotes to see what they can offer.

    With a discount, I got my photographer for about $3100... this includes an engagement shoot, 100 printed images, an album credit, a usb with edited photos, and an online gallery. I'm still looking for a videographer, but only want raw footage as I want to do my own editing. $3100 is approximately 12% of my wedding budget.
