Hello beautiful people 💕 When I went dress shopping I tried on 6 dresses all in different styles before finding the one! Orginally we went just to see the styles but I fell madly in love with my dress so I bought it! How many dresses did you all try on before you said yes to the dress! 🥰

Yeah it's not a bad price and to top it off it fits me perfect! I don't need any alterations.
Yes definitely they can be sooo expensive!
I know right??? My veil was like $230 🙄 it's got like rhinestones all down the sides though.. but still... my belt was $99 but both items make my dress **** times better

Thats a pretty good price! After trying on soo many dresses I feel like anything under $1000 is a steal for a wedding dress! Also crazyyyy how much veils are!!

I know! It's so hard haha 😄 I had my eyes on a more fitted lace rustic feel but the ladies I went with had other ideas 😅
That's very smart to have done!! I ended up constantly going back to the dress I said yes too... just felt so right and perfect! Still to this day I can't believe it's mine and I'm a bride haha

That must have been a special moment when everyone teared up! I also agree that anything over $500 is a lot. Technically I only paid $630 for a $4500 dress!!!

Yes it was, it was my MIL and his grandma who paid for it also the viel(that was so out of my budget) lol it was a moment I will cherish forever all three of us tearing up together in the bridal store 🤣
Oh yeah! I aimed for that style too but the ladies has all sorts of styles for me but I ended up with lace Aline dress. Still doesn't feel real when I try it on!

Aw that's so nice of her! Yeah that was my issue was the cost in general I just felt like anything over 500 was a lot of money for a dress.. but I wouldn't change it as I'm still madly in love with it. I'm glad it worked out you finding the one at that store 🙂

Oh I definitely tried on different styles! There's so many to choose from! Since I had my eyes on the dress I said yes to for over a year, my MOH told me not to put it on until all of the other dresses were tried on haha

Thats so nice of your MIL!! For awhile I had a very hard time deciding if I wanted a more fitted dress or an aline one so that definitely increased the amount of dresses I tried on! My Fiancés step mom did offer to pay the difference for my dress but I still couldn't justify spending that much. But if I didn't find my dress at the consignment store, I would have let her pay the difference

I only went to one bridal store and probably tried on 8 dresses before the one I said yes to!

Oh wow!!! That's so many! We're they all similar styles tho? Or totally different? Budget was definitely something I was thinking about. Sounds like so much fun trying so many on though.

Orginally I was going to use my fiancé aunts dress so I was hooked on that it was a princess dress! My MOH said wr HAD to go try on dresses so we check it off the list. They had me try on so many styles I fell in love with mine but was over my budget so my MIL offered to pay for it because they saw how it was on me

Hahahah soooo many!! I had a total of 8 appointments! So probably like 40-70?? Which sounds like a lot but I tried on 97 dresses before finding my prom dress! 😂 I did find a dress I really loved after about 20 dresses but it was more than double what I wanted to spend. So I kept looking! I finally find my dress when I went to a bridal consignment store in Ontario (I live in Alberta 😂)
