I'm getting two dresses altered for my wedding and the seamstress has quoted the cost to alter of $1230, would I tip her or? My first dress was $1500 and second was $600. If I were to tip what would the tip be?

I have signed a contract and put a deposit on a venue like 8 months or so ago, I was told food tasting etc will take place in October (this month). I have contacted the venue continuously via email and phone call since the beginning of September!...
