I have a couple of DIY projects for the guestbook and head table that require silk flowers. Just wondering if there is a cheap website people have been using? We are from a small town with no craft stores and a terrible dollar store selection.

We are looking for a jeweller in Winnipeg that will make a custom wedding band for me out of heirloom gold and diamonds. I also need my ring cleaned, buffed and resized. If anyone has a jeweller they can recommend that would be amazing!!
