Had to separate these messages; fridge/oven/tables/chairs/bar area are included, capacity of 110 ppl. You can only really book one year in advance. So for instance, if you want September 19 2018, you would have to call them first thing in the morning on that date. I don't have the number on me but just look it up on the Lachine website. I've been told that for particularly coveted dates, some people have camped out in order to be the first to get it so it depends on how popular your date/season is. Oh, and there isn't any AC, FYI. Oops! Lol! So if you live in Montreal, the rate is 73$/hr, if you live in a different municipality (I.e Dorval, etc) then the rate is 102$/hr, but you can always bring someone who lives in Montreal with you so that you benefit from the cheaper rate. Those rates are until 1 pm, any additional hours from 1-3 am is 315$/hr. You'd have to get the SOCAN permit (music) 59.17$, alcohol permit from the palais de justice (not that expensive)
