Your Wedding In Numbers - How many hours a week do you spend on wedding stuff?

Between communicating with vendors, crossing things off your to-do lists, making appointments, searching the internet for inspiration and bargains, and everything else that wedding planning entails, how many hours a week on average do you spend on wedding planning?

I have no idea. I have a lot done and don't have any big things to do till October or November. I do spend time on line getting ideas for hair, makeup, centerpieces.

Easily as much time if not more then i spent at my Full-time job some weeks, but on average 10-20 hours, whether it was communicating with vendors, physically putting stuff together, looking up different ideas and overall planning

At first I used most of my free time for it but once the big things were decided I now only think about it once and a while.

Depends on the week and what tasks I need to get done.

At first I was spending countless hours, but as of late, not so much tbh. I'm growing tired of it/FH is away for work for several weeks/taking a break.

As I’m still in the beginning stages, research, calling vendors, and booking I’m spending on avarage 2 hours a day.

Hmmm it depends. There are some days we don't even talk about it, and others it's non stop! I'd say we probably average 1-2 hours a day.

Wasn't too bad through out but at least 1-2 hrs a days over the 1.5 yrs of planning not too bad. Spending more now with 20 days away

Since we're into the last two months, I feel like I'm spending most of my free time on wedding stuff.

Honestly not a lot. There’s really not much to do right now, and since my venue does so much for me it’s pretty sweet

It has gone down significantly after I have finalized my vendors (venue, photographer, make up artist, commissioner) and bought my wedding dress. We have a to-do list that we're slowly working on but the pressure is off for now. Right now, I have discussions with my bridesmaids on decor here and there but nothing significant. It will probably pick up after summer is over as we pick out the bridesmaid dresses!

Right now, none, because I'm already married! But, when I was still planning, I would say about 3-4. Some weeks I did none, some I did a bit more.

The same amount of time as work I would per week 40 hours total and online shopping more since it saved a lot of time and effort going higher on expenses.

A lot. I honestly wouldn't be able to put a number to it, as it's pretty sporadic throughout the week!

On ACTUAL wedding planning? Maybe a few... Just talking about it, or being on WeddingWire? Lots. Haha. Probably 10+ hours a week lately. But I don't consider helping brides out here really part of my wedding planning. Although sometimes helping you guys out triggers me to think of things I hadn't yet.

Too many hours a day. I’m sure our wedding will be lovely, but we opted for a complicated idea that’s been difficult to realize!

6-10? Depends on the week really! I casually browse a lot more than dedicated "wedding" time

I agree with Tori! Most of my time is spent on Wedding Wire getting ideas. Right now only a few hours here and there when things come up. After Christmas I feel like I will spend a lot more time on it, as there will be more to do

Between work and preparing for the baby not as much time as I'd like. More so the past couple weeks than anything.

Not to much. We have a lot booked. Because it’s kind of a destination wedding, I don’t have to have meetings or anything. I’m at a bit of a stand still until numbers come in

Gosh... well for the most part I spend my time on wedding wire but that isn't really focused on my own wedding planning. So I will cut my number in half and say that I spend 6 hours a week on wedding stuff!
