Would you rather... have a dress that looks amazing in person but so-so in pictures, or vice versa?

I’d hope to find one that looks amazing in person and in photos (oh wait I did lol) dress is perfect.

Amazing in photos... that's forever, people's memory of my dress will fade... haha. And when they start to forget, I'll show them my amazing photos

I would rather it be amazing in pictures as those are what my fiancé and I will have to look back on (as will family). Chances are they won’t remember every single detail they notice in person anyway.

Amazing in pictures as the lasting memeories remind you of your day over the years rather than in person.

Going to have to agree with the other ladies here... I would want it to look so so in person and amazing in photos.

I think I would rather have it look amazing in photos. This is what you will remember for years to come. Many people may not even notice the details in the dress that the bride would on the day of, so having them in photos for people to look at closely in the following years would be better

I think I'd rather have it look better in the photos..that's what people will use to remember the day and that's what I will always look at and think, "look how beautiful my dress is!". I don't want to look back at photos in 10+ years and think how bad my dress looks, plus I'd never want to display the photos.

I guess I'd be okay with the dress being so-so in person and amazing in photos.

I would rather have it look amazing in photo's. I can handle not looking gorgeous for less than 24 hours but those pictures are what I have to look back on for the rest of my life. Aaaaaaand if people see the pictures after the wedding, they may pretend to remember me being that gorgeous instead of so-so anyway.
