Where my Winter Wedding People At?!

Alexa, on October 4, 2017 at 01:45 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 17
I had no idea that winter weddings were so uncommon. I feel like everyone on here is getting married in the spring, summer or fall...
So, my Winter Wedding peeps! What are some cute or unique things you are bringing in to your decor, theme, etc to go with the seasonal vibe?
Our wedding favors are white throw blankets, we will be attaching a personalized tag and a glitter snowflake. I am sooo excited about them. Our colours are white, silver/glitter/crystal, and a splash of deep teal.
I am trying to control the urge to throw glitter on everything haha. I'm so into the winter wonderland feel!

Ooh the colours sound so luxurious and elegant. And yes silver of course! A girl after my own heart 😊 love the chocolates idea! Simple to do and it adds that extra touch.

We're getting married on New Year's Eve so that's it's own theme I guess lol. We're having a lot of grey's and charcoal as well as silver of course. We have long sleeved dresses and a huge jar of Hershey's "new year's kisses".

Such beautiful inspo! Yes we are also hoping to pull in some wood to go with the lodge we'll be at. Round wooden slaps for centerpiece bases so far. December is coming up quick!

That sounds amazing. Ours is after Christmas so we won't be pulling it in too much. I feel like I can picture your evening - warm and cozy with love in the air 💜💍⛄

I know right! It was my mom's idea and she went ahead and got them for us. So thankful! Her last chance to spoil me haha 😉

I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding this December and I'm loving all the winter wedding ideas!! I'm all in on flannel, fur, greenery and candles! Smiley heart My friend is also obsessed with birch and pulling that into a lot of her decor.

I’m getting married December 16th and we’re planning a winter family Christmas wedding (without the red and green and Santa clause). Think sophisticated family and close friends Christmas dinner party for adults only while listening to jazz music. Can’t wait for it all to come together

We were originally getting married early March, but our venue called to ask us to move our date to later in the month (at a great savings, with new add ons included at no charge) so we will be officially into spring by 3 days.

I’m having a winter wedding too! Amazing gift with the throw blankets! No way would that fit in my budget, sadly, but I love it!
