Where did your proposal happen?

We proposed to each other at the same time, on a bridge overlooking the city whilst on vacation in Nashville. We both knew that it was going to happen, but we had unknowingly prepared the exact same proposal idea and had each made a book of memories from our relationship!

We got engaged on a trail that we love at the top! It was very busy so he convinced me to go to a spot off path, then proposed. There were some people afterwards but ended up being fairly private!

My fiance proposed to me in Oshawa on a private spot along the shores of Lake Ontario. It was the same spot he first told me that he loved me.

My fiance and I got engaged Christmas morning in front of our Christmas tree!

We got engaged last year in June in Jasper, Alberta! We have been together since we were 16 (both 23 now) and are from Saskatchewan. We planned a trip to Jasper to go camping for a week at the end of June. We just finished setting up our tent after a long day of driving and he just couldn’t wait! I barely sat down with a drink when he came up behind me and popped the question! I’m so happy that we were able to then have the whole rest of the week to ourselves on our little holiday and we treated it as a “pre honeymoon” 😊 best week of my life

We got engaged at Fairy Lake. The spot we went on our very first date... It was such a meaningful spot, I couldn't think of a better way!

He proposed in our condo. He went to my moms house first to pick up the dog so when I got home my puppy came running at me with the ring box taped to his collar! He also message my girlfriend from work and made sure she took me to get my nails done on our lunch! It was so perfect!

He proposed to me at my house, when it was just us 2 alone. We were having date night and getting ready to go out. He took me completely off guard. It describes us perfectly. We were both in sweat pants and hoodies about to go to VIP theater to watch Avengers. I was so surprised I started sweating I had to change haha.

Our proposal was at home on Christmas morning with the fireplace going and us still in our PJ's. It was perfectly us.

Our proposal happened in the place where we first met. He thought it was the most fitting and romantic way to propose. I absolutely loved it and was completely surprised.

My wonderful fiancé proposed Christmas morning, with our two boys present. It was a magical morning with happiness and tears.

I took him out for his late birthday dinner at a fancy pizza parlor, he was rushing through the whole dinner and acting kinda weird. We got caught in a rainstorm and I thought we were going to go home, but he decided to drive us to the beach (my fave place to be) We got out of the truck, and walked on the beach. Instantly the rain stopped and then I realized we were at the same spot where he told me that he loved me for the first time. It was dark unfortunately, but the Vancouver skyline was beautiful. He points to this beautiful shell on the ground with something sparkly in it. I look closer, turn around and there he was down on one knee. I basically blanked out after than and don't remember much. I was too shocked to cry =( I wish I cried (even though I'm not much of a crier)

He surprised me on my birthday, told me for almost a month that it was a rugby event for his team, and when I got to the clubhouse some of his teammates and their girlfriends were there (and I hadn't met them yet so I just saw strangers in jeans while I was in a dress with heels) and then I saw my best friend and she and 2 others walked me across the ice to meet with my FH who was dressed up and standing on the ice-covered rugby pitch in the middle of rose petals... When I saw it I thought it was a birthday surprise, and it was an even bigger surprise than I ever could have imagined ❤

We went on a day trip to the mountains and as we were walking alongside the river he proposed.

Our Proposal was in our home during our annual Halloween Party. I had gone to grab some of the prizes from upstairs as we were preparing for his annual thank you and prize announcements and I came down the stairs to him ready to propose! I was in complete shock I almost dropped one of the prizes!

Our proposal was in our home. I went to change our son's diaper and he managed to sneak the ring in the clean diaper that I was going to put on our son.
It really surprised me and I had no idea that he was planning that!!

He proposed to me on Christmas day after sending me on a little scavenger hunt!

At a basketball game which was aired live in front of 1000s of people and ended up in the paper you tube saint john riptide game kerry and its there

I booked a get-away for my fiances birthday (a few weeks after his actual birthday) to the Treetop Haven domes in P.E.I and the first night we were there he proposed. Complete surprise and shock! I thought he was having a heart attack during the actual proposal, before he got down on one knee, and I asked if he needed me to take him to the hospital hahaha poor guy, he was a wreck. It was an amazing, beautiful spot to do it. And memorable!

My FH proposed on Martinique Beach in Nova Scotia! My family has a house on the beach and we have gone out a couple times together. We are big on road trips so we love the drive. We went straight to the beach when we arrived this summer and he proposed almost immediately. It was so nice to enjoy our first two weeks of engagement while on vacation ☺️

It happened in Banff right before a sleigh ride in the mountains. It was a very special weekend, almost one year ago!

My fiance proposed at the place we made our date spot. We had a table we sat at every time we went there. It was also the exact same place he told me he loved me for the first time.

I proposed at Gulfoss in Iceland. It seemed like a nice big gesture.

He proposed on Miami Beach, a few days before leaving for our first cruise! We went back for our honeymoon 2 years later.

Taylor proposed in our kitchen! We were celebrating a promotion and while I was opening a bottle of wine he snuck up behind me.


I knew he wouldn't do it in front of other people, he's way too shy!

Informally at his home when I moved in 2014 trying on rings that didn't fit him anymore. One in particular that was expensive and gold was considered the engagement ring than spending more on a new one.

We went to Toronto for the night. Went for a nice dinner and saw wizard of oz. Once we got back to the hotel he proposed

Huntington Beach, California!

We were visiting our friends in Jasper AB and took a day to do the tourist-y things. We took the skytram up Whistler Mountain and hiked up to pretty much the top and that's where he proposed!

He had been there two years prior without me (it was just bad timing with me finishing college and being too broke to travel) and he had skyped me from that very spot

He proposed on the beach in Cuba while we were away on vacation. It was on a private part of the beach, but his sister and brother in law were there and captured the whole thing
