    I am doing a weekly zumba class! I do feel great when I finish. Looking to join a second one.

    Haha so my FH and I are trying to get fit for our engagement photos that are at the end of this month.

    Just strengthening and cardio! oh yah and eating well... its not too fun but just keep saying in our head when you need to do those last crunches or last mile, "gotta look fit in my dress"! Smiley tongue hehe

    I haven't gone yet. My MOH is trying to get me to go. Depression has the best of me right now so I'm trying to fix my eating first to have more energy to be able to go.

    I am just going to the gym to get a healthy lifestyle already, I have been stepping it up a little. Just not seeing any results.

    Regardless of the wedding, i've been trying to get more active. These last 3 months are going to make or break me though, so i'm trying to stay on top of a healthy diet and working out for 5 days a week

    I am trying to be more active although it is hard to get into. I have been finding it easier by going to play sports like basketball or badminton to make it easier to stay more active!

    I have been! I've actually been training for a half marathon that's coming up in 2 weeks! Once that's over I'll probably switch over to a weight training plan to tone up.

    I having been working out for a little bit now as I wanted to heal an old injury and get healthy. I do CrossFit about twice a week and go for walks with my FH a couple of times a week as well. I fit perfectly into my dress so I don't want to lose or gain any weight.

    No workout plan for me! I mostly walk everywhere. I try to just maintain my current weight because I fit into my dress !

    I've been working out for some time now, been trying to get fit again since my master's degree! Now we try to go to the gym before work at least 3x a week, and I have a workout program at work 2-3x a week. I try to go at least 2x a week. Of course our schedules can vary so we do our best!!
