What would you do with an extra $1000??

I would say videography!

Extra $1000 I would use it on the honeymoon! I have budgeted it in and feel like that's a huge portion as well.

I would put it toward the dress or the venue.

I'd put it towards the bill for the food. We want the food to be amazing so we are spending a little more than one should to keep guests happy. It's going to be quite expensive.

I would put it towards a honeymoon. Money is tight for us already so it would be nice to go away and spend alone time with my new husband.

If I had to choose something for the wedding, I would say maybe a videographer or a second option for our dinner menu.

Flowers/decor! Our allocated budget is so tiny for that, so $1000 would go a really long way.

So the $1000 would be for something on top of what we're already doing? If that was the case, I'd shell out for a videographer.

I’d honestly put it towards the honeymoon. At the rate we’re going we’re going to come out of the wedding with money to spare. We’re looking at a honeymoon then we’re looking to save up to buy an apartment or condo. (Best of luck to us. They’re expensive here in Vancouver)

If it had to go towards the wedding itself, I'd probably put it towards more photography or a videographer, or maybe hire a harpist to play during the ceremony and cocktail hour

We would put that to our wedding fund. so we could get out of debt faster.

Honeymoon! With some unexpected non-wedding expenses we have had to delay our honeymoon.

I think we probably would have used it for our honeymoon as we already had everything covered for the wedding.

Too early to tell now, but I’d either put that towards welcome baskets for guests staying in a hotel, or paying for someone who couldn’t make it due to finances...or towards something honeymoon related.
