    The place we are looking at is our plan B - it has a ballroom & a courtyard -- in case things dont work out where we originally like -- which is Brad's family land on Bras D Or Lakes

    Our plan B is to have our ceremony in the barn where we are holding the reception. I am hoping it doesn't rain as I really want to have the ceremony outside.

    My ceremony site will be in the middle of the trail path Smiley smile so it has a bit of a forest feeling! I really hope that the weather is nice. The reception will take place inside of a building where one side of the wall is completely glass where we can see the forest right through the window! Smiley laugh

    Luckly my venue has the Plan B indoor option for a rainy day. It would still be nice to bring some umbrellas and get some pictures taken in the rain as long as its not pouring heavily Smiley winking

    I think we are planning an open sided tent rental since everyone will be sitting in a circle anyways, reception will be indoors so no worries there

    Originally we wanted to be outdoors but since we went with religious ceremony instead of justice of the peace and the church was included, we decided to not take chances and have it inside.

    We knew it would most likely be raining so we chose indoor locations. (We're not really outdoorsy people anyways!) It was raining on and off all day while we were getting ready and then just as our ceremony started, the rain stopped and the sun came out! It was incredible! And because it had rained earlier in the day, it made for the perfect pictures!

    Indoor space as plan B for the ceremony. I may put a tent over the reception patio as well if it looks like it may rain as well.

    Thankfully, all venues are indoors. I would have a big umbrella with me just in case.
