What has been the most surprisingly fun part of planning?

I really enjoy picking out decor.

So far are looking at venues and choosing songs!

Fav parts have been getting my dress, finding our venue, and picking our songs.

So far the florals have been my favourite part, though looking at venues (and booking ours) was exciting too!

Creating our ceremony was my favourite and choosing our songs.

All the little things, like the guestbook, seating chart, place cards, etc. I’m in love with doing the little details!

Online shopping the most as cost was amazing and just done at home than going anywhere else. It was giving the feeling of happiness and joy to see the vision come to life little by little.

Organizing things like the guest list and a seating chart draft (aka if everyone shows up this is what’s happening) I love the organizing things

Guest list, seating chart and a few small things.. and organizing everything! I absolutely love to organize things so I get most joy out of that.

We’re having what we’re calling our “year of firsts” so each table will have a holiday and they will have something to write on that corresponds to that holiday. They can write us notes, date ideas, advice etc and we will read those notes on that holiday. It was fun putting it all together, coming up with different things that correspond to the holiday (ex.balloons for his birthday, cards for Christmas, eggs for Easter.) and a corny rhyme to explain what people can do

My wedding binder. It's been fun to fill it up with ideas and whatnot.

Wedding shows and dress shopping are my top 2 right now. My mom and I went to the big annual Wedding Fair in January, and I had 2 tote bags that must have been 10 lbs each by the end of it full of stuff.

The most surprisingly fun part about planning has been selecting music. I know I’m going to be quite a tearful mess for most of the songs, but it has been fun choosing which song would fit best.

The funniest part is spending time with my future hubby and going to see vendors together.

Picking our the music for our processional/recessional, as well as our first dance.

Putting together all the music for the wedding was the most fun part of the whole process.

Picking out our wedding bands has been the most exciting thing for me actually. It has made me feel the most 'real'. It was also fun to see my FH put so much thought into what he wanted.

Had a blast dress shopping and having things come together and the vision starting to feel real as opposed to just my Pinterest board!

Dress shopping and food tasting, definitely the top things I enjoyed.

Dress shopping has been the most exciting I think. There's been so many fun things but I think the dress shopping takes the cake.

I agree. Everyone fawning over my ring has been so nice My ring is custom made as well! He designed the entire thing!

Everyone asking to see my ring, and at first I didn't have one because I was the one that proposed and I did that with matching bracelets The feedback I got was so encouraging! And of course when I did get a ring I could then show it off and they all loved the heart shape diamond because it's hard to find a heart in the jewellery store nowadays. (Had mine custom made)
