Have you already started dress shopping?

I'm probably going to go for a tea length dress, so killer shoes are a must as they will be on show! I'm thinking of navy for the BM dresses, so I'll probably go with navy shoes to match them and pull the colours together. Early days yet, so lots of time to pick something.

Those are so cute, I was going to make my own ribbon laces, but I may have to hunt down something with the date on them now! Also, just looked for those laces on Etsy... the shipping is ASTRONOMICAL!!! I almost fell out of my chair... looks like I'll have to find a DIY for that

I'm SO excited about the shoes, I got "I DO" stiched on the backs, and I'm swapping out the lace up in the back of my dress for some purple lace up to match the shoes (and my wedding colours)

It's your day and if you love red shoes I think that is what you should wear, hands down! Especially if they are something that you wear everyday - it's part of who you are. Plus, what's wrong with a pair of loud wedding shoes?

My wedding shoes are cowboy boots, the first thing my finace ever bought me - and also happen to be one of the colours (my favourite colour). I lucked out in that they are both my something old and something blue.

That's a great idea! I also love the blue shoes as the "something blue".

You could have gold shoes with sparkles, opened shoes, jewel accessory on your shoes, there are so many things you can choose from in gold! It's such an elegant colour! Here are some ideas I found.

I love red shoes too I think there are so many different ideas of shoes you could wear for your wedding day. Some people will have their something blue as there shoes, or something old.

I think you could also wear red wedding shoes. There are different tones you could go for like these, which are more elegant and would go very well with your silver colours.

Do you want to wear high heels or flat shoes?

I will be wanting to go with very comfortable satin shoes that are flats as my first dance has a lot of movement in it. i plan on going with ivory, white or red to go with the re part of my white wedding dress

Oh I'm going SUPER non-traditional and got custom purple and teal Nikes (I'm so NOT a "heels girl"). But I've always personaly loved the idea of adding a pop of colour to my dress with the shoes, so it's not like BAM in your face, but still shows that flash of you.

Maybe you could get some heels with a red sole, so that you still have your "signature" red, but you can be more subtle about it.

What are your wedding colours? I've seen photos with the bride and bridal party from like the waist down and the bride lifting her dress to show her shoes match the bridesmaids dress colour and it's REALLY cute.
