Oh yes - it really is a great venue.

All I have to do it bring the items that I want with me a little early, and they do all the set-up for me. However, it's a pretty popular venue so I don't get to be there a few days early - hoping to go the night before though since it's a bit of a drive from my home town.

Guestlist...already done (well - my half). And we've got all the games and stuff figured out too. Hahaha. I guess it is easy when you have known what you want for a while and your styles sync up so easily. Corn hole, lawn bowling, jenga table - and there is a fire pit too for the evening, so we can have marshmellows/s'mores for the kids.

Are you going to decorate your venue or will they do it for you?

Yes! We have actually already booked the venue - Bean Town Ranch. Perfect location for out of province guests, and a lot of close-by accomodations for them also. We'll be able to "sleep" everyone from his side (and it's affordable for us to pay for them).

Plus - fits the country theme very well, and is a "one-stop-shop" with on-site catering. Event is also fully staffed for us - included in the price. Honestly it's the best choice all around - so many unique features and won't break the bank.

I also really like the centerpieces and the wedding cake with sunflowers, it's so pretty! It really contributes to the country feel of the wedding but also makes it really elegant!

I like the idea of the bandana's instead of kleenex, I'll have to make note of that. As for the horses - the venue chose will actually be taking all guests from the front to the ceremony place in a horse drawn carriage, awesome right? I should up in one too!!

As with the photo above, all the girls are going to be in boots - I have actually said on the invitation that "cowboy boots are strongly encouraged" - hahahaha!!!!
