Wedding weight loss?

Hey ladies (and gents of course!) I wanted to see if anyone else is trying to slim down for their big day? If so, what changes are you making? Any goals? I've actually lost about 40lbs in the last year and a half and am hoping to continue the downward trend onto 2018! Lost through calorie counting...

I wanted to see if anyone else is trying to slim down for their big day? If so, what changes are you making? Any goals?
I've actually lost about 40lbs in the last year and a half and am hoping to continue the downward trend onto 2018! Lost through calorie counting and walking, I can't say I've been to the gym more than twice. (Scares me!) The weight loss community on reddit, r/loseit, has also really been helpful along the way.
I've been overweight for most of my life and the struggle is real believe me! I really just would like to have a healthy BMI as I start my life with my man. Smiley smile
Hoping to lose about 12lbs for my enaggement shoot / wedding dress shopping, and ideally an additional 5-10 before August 2018.

    Congratulations on losing all that weight already! That's awesome! I hear you on the struggle! I'm in the same boat! I lost 25 except mine creeped back! For me I try to focus more on a Paleo type diet, avoiding dairy, grains and legumes. It's tough to do. When I was following it 100% I lost track weight without even working out! But when my FH moved in and I reintroduced grains that's when it creeped back. I'm trying now to get back on the wagon, by staying away from wheat entirely!!! There is an app I use called Spark People to track calories etc. I just don't updated every day, because I get so busy! My cousin had success with a health plan called 21 day fix. It portions everything! Seemed to work for her! But all the containers drive me crazy!!! Check it out on Pinterest. You'll see on the info about it.

    Hi Lindsey,I losing a little bit of weight by drinking lots of water, eating more health foods, and avoiding eating out as much. My goal is to workout soon once my online courses finishes.
