Wedding venues that allow outside catering?

Hi everyone!

I'm having a hard time finding a venue that allows you to choose your own caterer. I don't feel comfortable choosing a venue that has a set menu and don't let you taste until after you have already paid a deposit to save the date. I want to be able to choose my own caterer. Anyone know some venues in the muskoka area that allow you to choose outside caterers?
