Did you give a favour to each guest? Or one per couple?

Every wedding I’ve been to has always been one gift per household or couple.

Based on per couple, individuals and couples only. It doesn't make sense to have more than 1 and not being used.

We did per family, with a little bit extra!

We are doing candy boxes - one per person (anything edible or one time use)

and also giving bottle openers - one per couple/household (and single guests) (plants, something with prolonged use)

We are doing one per guest. I am giving out hand made soap blocks with our names on it!

It depends on the favour. If it's a pricier "only need one per household" type thing, than it's per houseshold, but anything small, edible or one time use, it's per person.

For example, when my cousin got married in Mexico, we looked into personalized beach-themed bottle openers... so that's a 1 per household.

I'm doing personal hot chocolate mixes, so it will be per person.

We did one per couple/family. It was a potted plant. If it's something edible, one per person!

We basically made a bottle of spice rub per person as they were pretty small bottles.

My fiancé and I will be giving a favour to each guest; however, I think it depends on the price/size of the favours you have in mind. For example, if my fiancé and I opt for wine, we'll likely do a bottle per couple rather than per person; however, any guest that is not in a relationship will receive a bottle for him/herself.
