Wedding bands gone wrong :(

Ask to see the original order form to see what it says on there. If the order form is different from the rings, they should make the changes themselves. If the order was written down wrong, and the rings actually match what the order says, still try to get them to change it but there is less of a chance they will.

Awe that really sucks!!! We got a call that ours were in and then got a quick call back later that one was the wrong size so we’re waiting again.

That's so unfortunate, but I do hope they will correct their mistake for you. I have heard so many stories about jewellery lately. We got our wedding bands 7 months before the wedding, and 3 days after the weddings, my husband dropped his ring on the floor and it cracked open! We had to bring it back, thank goodness for the warranty! We are still waiting for the new one.

They made the mistake and I'm sure they will fix them for you. You might have to wait longer, but fortunately you planned ahead and you still have lots of time! It'll be fine. What did the jeweler say when you discovered the mistake?

They should be able to fix the rings without charging you.

That's so annoying!! I just went through an ordeal with my engagement ring. We went to have it re-sized, and we got it back with a huge crack down the center of the main stone (I have an opal). They said they would fix it, and an hour later we got it back with a new stone.....which again...had cracked...so we brought it back the next day and they took it again, this time for a week, and now I have an even nicer stone So it does work out with patients and a good attitude
