My ceremony should be no more than 50 minutes. I set the schedule from 4pm to 5pm. Just leaving leeway to start a few minutes after, the processional, words/vows and recessional.

My venue holds 70 people but I can only have 50 people excluding 2 little cousins (6 and 3 year old) 😂. So we’re trying to make it work. Haha!!

Not counting all my mothers relatives and husband big family 😂😂 I think the venue wants me to guarantee them 70 adults. So it’s not bad. I’ll say 80 max.

Love the setting! I love the cocktail setting outside of the actually reception area. The dance floor if located very nicely with the DJ booth!

Thank you so much! I love the venue so much!! For the ceremony the venue has an arch. I will decorate it with chiffon and stick some flowers in, won’t do too much. My wedding seems like bare minimum. Modern style. Hahaha!

This is the inside of the building, using the doors. So I’ll add a backdrop (where there are the curtains rods on the left side <facing photo> of the door) for photos or just decor. The cake could have been there but the fiancé do not want to put it there since we’ll be on the right side and we should have space to put it closer to the head table.
My friend did this for my bridal shower (photo below). I love this idea so much, that I want it on that wall in the venue.

View quoted message Yes thinking of doing it myself and asking my husband friends to help since they will come one day before the wedding. The materials are much cheaper buying and doing it yourself. Are you having anything backdrop for your ceremony? Your venue has a nice background. I honestly can’t really remember how my venue looks like inside for the wall. I need to make another tour. I only took a video which I don’t know how to upload on WeddingWire.

Why don’t you try making it yourself with PVC pipes?? It would be so much cheaper and you can get your faux or real flowers for cheaper.

I was thinking to make mine, but I no longer need it since we’ll do doing a head table and there are 10 of us in total. Also; we have a lovely back with windows…
