I don't remember exactly when or where we met, but it was when we were probably in kindergarten or so as we both grew up in the same neighbourhood and went to the same schools. We weren't really friends until high school though
Officially met a week before I graduated veterinary school. Was a friend of a friend and that friend "abandoned" us together. Met up again on graduation night and then proceeded to spend the majority of the next month hanging out. Found out that we had crossed paths years before when I was at a function where a group of "young farmers" came in. Thinking that meant teenagers I ignored them only to later find out that the definition of "young farmer" was someone under 40!

We officially met online, we talked about 3 months before we decided to meet up. I stupidly (I just not anymore if I'm gonna husband him) invited him over to my place. I thought if my dog likes him he's an okay fella. My dog is a trained Personal Protection dog, so I wasn't worried. She liked him, so did I. He brought over Star Wars Ep 3, as I hadn't seen it and he got me flowers. Rainbow roses. He forgot those initially in the car. Which he had to run out and grab then awkwardly shoved them in my face and quickly said,' these are for you.'
My fiance and i are both employed in the canadian forces. We were both posted to borden together where we hung out with all the same friends but never formally met. I then got posted to cold lake and a week later he got posted to cold lake and we met at a welcome to cold lake party. 4 years later we are still posted to cold lake and loving living here together
We met while we were working part-time closing shifts at a West Vancouver mall throughout our undergrad. I looked up one day as I was sweeping the floor at the jewellery store I worked at and this new guy with a bright blue and green beard (can you tell he was into the Vancouver Canucks...) was working at the phone booth across. My first words to him were: "Hey you! I like your beard." We were good friends for two years while hanging out at the mall and now we've been dating for almost five years now.
Ming and I met at a mutual friend's Halloween party where from there we eventually became best friends for 8 years before we even started dating. It apparently took us that long to realize that we were perfect for each other!
We met at one of my good friends. He was the 'younger brother who lives in the basement'. Always heard stories or heard him roaming around; until we finally met.
