Vancouver Wedding Hotel Preferred Rates

Hi there, I am having a wedding September long of next year and due to the recent restrictions on AirBnb within the city of Vancouver am really worried my guests will have to pay the exorbitant hotel rates for the long weekend. I really don't want my friends and family to have to pay between $300-$450 per night for double occupancy! We have several guests coming from Alberta and are looking for approximately 20 rooms. Does anyone have any recommendations for reasonable hotel rates in Vancouver for a group booking? Or any other recommendations for accommodation? We are even considering cancelling our venue and moving the wedding to another city... Thanks for your help!!
