Trouble with meal option

Hello,

I am having a problem with the meal option survey as well as the RSVP page of my website.

As my guests are sending their RSVP's, they are having trouble linking their names with their meal choice. For example, if a couple RSVP's, only one of their names displays in both the RSVP section and meal option. I would like to be able to see both of their names, and I worry this could become a problem for a family of four. Is this problem occuring because they share the same email address? or is there another issue? I would really appreciate assistance to sort this issue out because it effects my planning for numbers and meals at the reception.

    Your suggestion has been very helpful. My guests are participating in the survey and are also sending me a message through the "Contact Us" section of our website to confirm their meal selection which is making planning very simple.

    Thanks for reaching out. Smiley smile If they all have the same e-mail, there is actually only one person who will be able to answer the survey. What you can suggest them is to write you their meal options in the comments as they RSVP for each guest. If the guests are all added to your Gues list, they should all be able to find their name in your RSVP page. Let me know if you're still having any issue with this! Smiley heart

    I added each person individually to the guest list. Perhaps that's why I'm having trouble with the meal options. How do you link families together?

    Have you added each person individually to the guestlist, then linked them together? Or did you just create one entry per couple/family?
