The venue and catering. Check?

Our venue is a historic property, its gorgeous! This picture doesn't do it justice.

We will have café lights strung up on the ceiling which gives the venue a rustic/whimsical feel and
our inspiration for the centre pieces is this but our mason jars will be wrapped in burlap and lace and have pops of coral coloured flowers:

Yes you can charter the ships for private events and they have a number of boats to choose from. This is one of their largest, and can accommodate many more than we need, but was the best fit for us. However large weddings have to have seating over two decks which wouldn't be ideal.
It will only be our guests on the ship, plus staff. We are inviting about 105 and will all fit on one deck no problem.

This will be such an amazing experience Hana! Will the passengers on the ship only be your wedding guests (aside from the crew obviously ) ? How many people are you inviting?

Wow! Your venue is absolutely stunning! What a great terrace! It is definitely super elegant! What ideas do you have for your rustic decor? Did you already choose your centerpieces?

This is beautiful! I love the Winter rustic feel! It makes it feel so cozy! Are the decorations and silverware included when you book the venue?

We are having a cruise reception from Mariposa Cruises above the Captain Matthew Flinders. It would defeinately be a nautal feel. We are having dinner on the ship.

We could have the ceremony on the boat, but wanted things to start earlier than 5:30 we will be having a simple ceremony at the Radisson Harbourfront in the Atrium room, hopefully with some decorating on our part it will look beautiful.

Our ceremony and reception will be at The Eglinton Grand in Toronto. It's an old movie theater from the 30s that got revamped. Now it's an event space. Definitely got that vintage, elegant feel. Catering is included so we don't have to worry about that!

We are getting married at Stonefields Heritage Farm in Carleton Place. Our Ceremony will be in front of the old Farm House, and our reception is being held in the Great Barn

Reception

We booked the venue. We were thinking of getting married there also but we choose another place and the caterer wasn't included but they showed us one that we like

Our venue is located in Toronto along the lakeshore. It is called Palais Royale and used to be a 1920's dance hall. We will have our ceremony and reception at this location. Catering is included.

Ceremony and reception. Both at the same venue. They also do the catering which is great!

I don't have any pictures but the ceremony will be at a local church here in Ormstown, QC and the reception will be back at our farm in one of our buildings. The catering will be done by Vincent Meloche; Traiteur St-Antoine and we will have an hors doeuvre table with Salsa and nachos, Quebec cheeses and bruchetta. The meal with be a pork buffet!

As we do not have family helping pay we are trying to keep it as inexpensive as possible. We have booked St. Barnabas Church in New Westminster, BC. Its centrally located for our guests. It has a hall we are renting as well. They charge $550 for church, reverend, and hall. Amazing deal.
Out caterer is Canual Catering. They gave us an unbeatable deal and we are looking forward to their service.

Blue Devil Golf Course Ceremony Site

They also have a reception site with catering, bar and they also provide some decor items. But it was the ceremony site that was the deciding factor for us! It doesn't show well but this is tiered as well

Our wedding is at Skyloft Ski resort, we are having the ceremony outside on the front lawn and the reception inside the chalet.

Reception is at Newlands Golf club - catering is done here too plus a glass sculpture.
