It is typically whoever is paying - so the parents, or if the bride and groom are paying than the brides name goes first.

For me we put the grooms name first as we are paying for our wedding and traditionally the brides parents would. Our template that came with our invitations read the parents of the bride so I guess that would be the correct answer

Traditionally A and C would be the same answer, as the bride's parents should be paying. So SUPER traditionally, the invitations would read "The parents of *Bride's Name*" or Even the parents names...

Our invitation will read "Together with their parents *bride* & *groom* invite you..."

Depending on how formal the event it, it could be C. Otherwise, it's A.

C and A. If the parents are paying there names are listed first followed by the brides name before the grooms.

Is it standard? I was thinking that we should maybe put my fiancé’s name as it preceeds mine in alphabetical order.

    C. And in most other cases, I believe the brides name goes before the grooms.

Whoever is paying. Although, we (me, fiance, my parents, his parents) are all contributing, so in that case my guess would be bride first.

Bride would be the answer unless the couple puts and between the names.
