Splurge or Save: Your accessories

Joey, on September 9, 2019 at 08:05 Posted in Wedding fashion 0 25

What will you be wearing, beyond a suit or gown? How much are you going to be splashing out on your shoes, jewelry, belts, and other accessories to complete your perfect wedding day look?

Are you splurging or saving on your wedding day accessories?

Definitely saving. Besides a nice, elegant pair of earrings and a necklace, and a veil... I can't imagine what else I'd need. Everything else is just extra. I'm a simple chick.

Saving. I went a little over budget on my dress so I'm compensating here. I'm going pretty minimalistic on jewellery and have no intention of paying more than $150 for 2 pairs of shoes. And at least one of those will be something I will wear again.

Saving! I will be getting a discount on my accessories to wear with my dress, and as much as I would love to buy a gorgeous pair of expensive shoes I know that I won’t be in them for long. I unfortunately can’t wear heels like I used too.

Saving except for my veil. I got great discounts at People's on my jewellery, my shoes were reasonably priced, and I'll be getting an inexpensive hair comb!

I saved on everything but my veil which was a splurge. I got my shoes on clearance when Payless was going out of business. I bought my tiara for $20 at a bridal show. I'm borrowing and using my already owned jewellery. My veil though I paid full bridal salon price for.

Saving. FIL is getting me my shoes, I spent 60% less on my belt from amazon then if I bought it at the bridal salon, and my veil is second hand from a friend.
