I'm using real flowers, and I want something full and loose. My wedding colours (blue and white) will inspire the colour scheme. Right now, I'm thinking of something along these lines:

I'm having custom paper flower bouquets made with some of the flowers being made out of book pages. The colours are going to be mainly navy and coral and the designer worked with me to pick whatever flower types I wanted. Here's some pictures from the designers website, you should also check out her site , her flowers are amazing and look so realistic.

Flowers are nice and go with weddings though we didn't have to get any since the huge flower pots were at the ceremony site and bouquet skipped. If there was a colour scheme it would have been something of this line: Indian bouquet style.

These were the pics we sent to our florist! The first is the bridal bouquets, then the MOH bouquets, then the bouts for dads!
