We are sending our invites end of June and they will have to RSVP for the first week of August. Our wedding is in September. 3-4 weeks was more than enough time to give notice to our venue for food.

We are sending out or invites November (7 months before the wedding) and asking people to RSVP by mid January so when we go for the food tasting late January - early February we have final numbers

This will depend on your venue and when they need their final numbers by. You want to make sure you give your guests enough time to plan, especially if any of them are coming from out of town. You also need to consider things like final numbers for favours and when you need to get them in to your vendor.

My wedding is July 28, we asked them to be sent by April 10 ( though we had some finished up late so we are extending their timeline) Smiley smile

Our wedding is June 9th and we gave an RSVP date of April 9th, giving us 2 months before the wedding. We have given some family members who needed extra time an extra month due to their schedules.

We're going to have our RSVP deadline 2 months before due to the high numbers of OOT guests we're expecting.

My wedding is July 7th and I've set an RSVP deadline of June 1st. This gives me about a month.

Our venue is pretty great that they only need final numbers 3 days in advance, but I don't want to leave it that close. My goal is to have almost nothing left to do in the couple weeks before the wedding.

I had a deadline about 3 weeks before, as it gives time for those that "forget" or "can no longer attend", since I don't have to tell my venue final numbers until 7 business days before. Then that gives you plenty of time to notify the venue and get the final numbers organized.

I would say about 3 weeks this way if people change mind or forget to after they have time. Also helps with the catering numbers

Our wedding is August 18th and we’ve asked our guests to RSVP by August 1st. We know sometimes it’s hard to RSVP too early depending on your job so we tried to give as much time as possible. We’ve sent our invites out and lots of people have been rsvping on our wedding website already so it’s nice to now there’s some eager beavers out there lol

We are sending our invitations first week of April and are asking people to RSVP by May 1 for our July wedding. We sent out save the dates in October so most people have an idea whether they can come or not.

We sent out our invitations in January and want our guests to RSVP by no later than May 31st, with our wedding being in July. So about a month and half we did (that way we have a lot of time to double check with people, can make our seating plan, and have numbers for our caterer. And to budget for alcohol and food lol).
