How many months out from the wedding is your RSVP deadline for your guests?

    I think i too will do about 4 wks, Wedding date -July 31st, the Invites will go out May 27th and RSVP by June 24th. I think this is how I will do it

    Generally its 4 = 6 weeks time, though I had put the date for 6 months prior.

    Our Venue only requires numbers a week before the wedding but we are planning a RSVP deadline just over a month before to give us time to follow up if needed.

    We did Jan 1 to RSVP for Jan 29 wedding. It gave us a couple of weeks to get a hold of anyone who didn't reply. Our venue needs our numbers one week before.

    We did it a month out. Check with your venue though - most need numbers and choices 2-3 weeks out but I've seen some that requires up to six weeks.

    Ours was one month as well. The venue needed numbers 21 days out and this didn't pressure guests to make a decision too far out if it wasn't easy.
