Apparently he picked the ring and was waiting for a trip to our special place to propose. I told him I wanted to go look at rings before he had a chance (no idea he had one), so we did. He ended up returning what he had bought and going back for what I picked out lol

I designed mine and he surprised me with a bigger center stone than planned. I am hoping to wear this ring everyday for the rest of my life, so it was important to both of us that it’s something I love that is timeless. He took his sweet time proposing, over a year later than when I submitted the design to the jeweller lol. By that time I had kind of forgotten what it looked like!

We went to the store together to pick it out. I wanted something simple and relatively inexpensive, but he wanted to make sure that it was a style he liked as well. We ended up with a rose gold set 😄

Haha I don't even remember taking it off, he just finds it. Or I'll forget it in the jewelry cleaner and he'll notice my ring off and ask me where's my ring lol. I am really bad so I am glad it's not expensive.

If he wanted to get me an expensive ring, I would not reject it, but probably would not wear it very often. Just this weekend he asked me if I lost something, lol I don't even know how it came off my finger or why I would have taken it off. lol

It's great he picked out a ring you love, also love that he asked his parents and got them involved.

Mine was a complete surprise! I'm just lucky my fiance knows me really well, and knew what style I would like! He did get opinions from his parents though. 😋

He actually custom designed my ring. I had never told him anything about what I wanted etc., but it was 1000% perfect. He had taken so many things into consideration that I hadn't even thought about. I LOVE my ring!

It was a surprise. It’s a beautiful stone!

We picked them out together. We also avoided real diamonds. I am always losing my bling haha. We decided to forgo the expensive sets. Both were approx $500.00.
