Most of this is included at the venue...room has built in and newly upgraded/replaced sound system, they provide microphones, and lighting is really good and adaptable in the room already! The only additional tech equipment we are renting - a projector and screen for video gaming also through the venue.

Rent from professionals to have them do the work from the company avoiding any damage or electrical issues on our end. In addition, they have the vehicle to fit all their equipment.

Our venue provides most of that... but we will probably buy some additional string lights cuz I want them for my backyard anyways so the wedding is a good excuse to get em haha

We get sound equipment from our venue. We don't do lighting, as it's a day ceremony and reception we don't really need it

I guess rent? It comes with the DJ for the sound system, and we haven't decided if we will be having lights stringed across the ceiling or not but if we do then it depends on how pretty they are and if I want to keep them for our backyard
