Registry - Old School or Online?

Cliodhna, on December 16, 2019 at 09:05 Posted in Plan a wedding 0 14

Traditionally, wedding registries have been done in-store with a sales assistant or with a fun scanner gun. However, with the explosion of online shopping, it makes sense that online registries are so popular!

Are you creating your registry in-store or online?

We haven't started yet but probably both, always nice to click on things you like but also nice to go in and see things in person and decide

In store. It was quite the experience!

Online. It seems easier for the package to be delivered to the couple's home sent purchased from the family/friend that has received the invitation.

Both Smiley smile We went in store first but it's so hard to actually see everything that they have and it takes forever so then we went home where we could filter by what is available at the store in Winnipeg and then added by what we were looking for rather than what we could see.

We did both online and in store. We went to stores to look at towels and sheets to touch them. but then found them online and added them to our registry.

We didn't have a registry, but we probably would've done it online if we did.

No registry here. We have lived together for a few years, so we didn't need anything

I don't even think there is a store with a registry left in my city.

We don't need a lot of housewares, so instead we plan to ask our guests to help us fund a few renovations around our house.

In store! I used to work at Bed Bath and Beyond so that's where we're going to set up the registry, I want to go back to my old stomping grounds and see the people I worked with while setting up our registry.

Though I'm sure we'll be adding more to it online

We're not having a registry. We've been living together for 5 years so we have pretty much everything we need.
