We are doing a seating chart so people can chose where they want to sit at the table they are placed at.

I originally had planned to do Escort Cards, but now I am leaning towards Seating Chart. I think my final decision will be a mix of cost and ease to set up.

Seating chart! That way they'll know where they're going before they get in, and I set it up so nobody has to feel awkward. Lol.

I like the idea of a seating chart and then their names on the table

Probably more along the lines of a seating chart. The idea will be pretty free roam too

Possibly both. I need to make escort cards so the venue knows who ordered what for dinner, So I might just leave it at that or make a seating chart, not sure yet, but cards for sure.

Doing the same thing, having both at our reception because some guests have dietary restrictions.

Seating chart. There are enough details to worry about, I don't want to be fiddling with individual name cards.

We are doing both. We need the escort cards to help determine at the table who is getting what for dinner (must be color coordinated to the meal they chose) and I wanted the seating chart because I love the look of it.

I made a framed seating chart AND I have place cards for on the tables. This way the guests can check which table they're at before they walk into the room, and then find their seat easily at the assigned table.

We're doing a seating chart, that way we can have it all organized as early as we can. Maybe not specific seats, but specific tables for people.

Seating chart for sure, less work to setup. I am all about making things easy for the day of! And we don't have assigned seating, just specific tables for each person.

We did a seating chart, no escort cards. We did however have place cards already at the tables, so people knew where to sit!

Ours is kind of a mix of both. We have individual cards for each person and it says which table they are at. We are hanging them up on a backless frame
