Online or IRL? - Attire shopping

I looked online a lot and did a lot of research online as well. Even ordered my first bridal gown online, but ended up hating it. Went in person to get my gown, and bridesmaids dresses. But have been ordering accessories online such as hair piece, belt, and veil.

I ordered our flower girl dress from Princessly and I was super impressed with the quality and really wish we would have considered them for our bridesmaids dresses as well.

It is about 50/50. I have done a lot of research, but I have also gone to a lot of stores!

I found the dress I want online (haven't purchased it yet though, waiting a little longer before I do) and it has awesome reviews. I don't care to try it in person. It's a simple, well priced dress. I'm having such a small wedding, I don't need an elaborate dress whatsoever.

I looked online extensively before making an appointment and going in store to try on dresses. Took a few screen shots and showed the associates in store what I’ve been eyeing online. I did purchase a dress online, that didn’t work out for numerous reasons.

Would definitely recommend going in person to a store to try on dresses. That way, you get to see what it actually looks like on your body and what the material feels like.

So far everything is done in real life. I tried online for bridesmaid dresses but just prefer to see everything in person!!

All in person. I looked at styles online and in magazines like many people, but I would never purchase any of garments online. I am, however, probably going to purchase my shoes online, as they have a very good return policy, and I need a specific height/colour, so it's easier to find online.

This is definitely an in person thing for me

I researched the dresses online and wrote down the styles, which I presented to the consultants at my in-person appointments. I'll be buying my dress at the store too.

Brought some inspo photos i found online, but everything was in person for the ladies (the bridesmaids and myself), the guys ordered online for made-to-measure suits...but went into an actual store to get measured properly.

I looked online at wedding dresses. Then went into the store. I ended up going with a different dress than I was originally looking at.

For my dress I browsed online to get a few ideas before I actually went dress shopping.
My bridesmaids also both, one order based on what she found online the others went into the store and picked their dresses.

A bit of both in the end I suppose. I used wedding wire to get a look at what I like in a dress but for the most part it will come down to what is available in the stores and what looks good on me when I try it on rather than just look at it.
