One or more wedding dress?

Cliodhna, on October 14, 2019 at 09:05 Posted in Wedding fashion 0 25

One of the biggest wedding attire trends of today is having two wedding dresses to change up your look from ceremony to reception. It’s not just for celebrities anymore!

Are you planning a switch up in your wedding look? How many bridal outfits will you wear: one or more?

Just one! I fell in love with two at the store, but there was no way the budget would allow. Plus our wedding day won't be a super long one, so two seemed silly.

1 dress! I've tried it twice and I never wanted to take it off 😍 I'll switch up the look by starting with my hair up and a veil for the ceremony, then no veil for reception with hair either still up til after dinner or just half up half down for the whole reception. Maybe a change of shoes but nobody will know lol

Just one! My dress is perfect and I can dance in it to so I'll be wearing it all night!

I am changing my shoes though, and my MC is joking about doing a wardrobe change because she's also a bridesmaid

I wore two! First was my main ball gown dress which I wore for the ceremony, supper, first dance, and father/daughter dance. Then I changed into the dress I wore to my Bridal Shower that is shorter and that I could polka in Smiley tongue

Only one! It is not a heavy dress and won’t need a bustle so there was no need for a second dress.

I'm only going to do one dress for sure. Even if I had the money to get two I just cant justify spending that much money on dresses for one day.

    Just one.

I thought about having a reception dress, but logistically (and financially) it wasn't possible.

I only have one. I chose one that is comfy and easy enough to move around in the whole day and night.
I do like the two dresses idea though, but i spent too much on it to only wear for the ceremony

It all depends on how the bride chooses to go about this decision.

Some choose 1 as their main dress for the day.

Some choose 2 to change from wedding to reception as to going comfortable in a coloured dress or simpler wedding dress.

Indian brides change for many occasions which require about 4-5 outfits throughout their week.

Two wedding dresses. One westernized and the other is a traditional Moroccan wedding dress.

Only one. If I’m spending that much money on a dress I’m wearing it for as long as possible.

Just one dress for me. It's very light and flowy so should be pretty comfy for the day.

    One!
I have a de-attachable wedding cape instead of a veil, which will be nice for a slight change and less fabric while moving about at the reception. :-)
