The Westin is definitely beautiful, I was there for a conference recently. I was super against getting married at a hotel though, I wanted something unique. We chose the Banook canoe club for the ceremony and The Lower Deck in Halifax for our reception. We love the history of the Lower Deck.

I'm booking the Westin and it's definitely expensive but it is sooooo stunning!! For ceremony and reception we're looking at about 14 thousand for 100 people!! Thankfully I have time to plan and pay!
